Mumbai-based premium fashion house Purple Style Labs (PSL) has acquired multi-brand e-commerce website Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop (PPUS) for an undisclosed amount. PSL Founder Abhishek Agarwal said the platform is looking to invest in early-stage Indian designer brands. Founded in 2015, PSL has raised over $8 million to date from investors including Flipkart Co-founder Binny Bansal, among others.
